This product contains 100ug (4,000i. u.) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol from a vegan source, and 100ug of vitamin K2 (MK 7). It is intended for short term use to elevate levels of vitamin D where low levels have been identified with a blood test. Alternatively, it may be taken for two to six months over the winter.
