Vibrant - Saline - Citrus 

Marion and Manu make wine as Complemen'Terre in Le Pallet, Muscadet, in the Loire Valley. The region has struggled with the swinging climatic challenges of recent years, but 2025 was an almost perfect 2025 vintage. In celebration of their excellent 2025, they have produced a Primeur, the 2025 Circus Melon. 

Organic Melon de Bourgogne grapes were harvested by hand in September 2025 and fermented with indigenous yeast, with no fining or filtration and just a small amount of sulphur on bottling. It has been released in November, Beaujolais Nouveau-style! It's a lovely, lively drop - easy drinking with a salty citrus character.
