How to Cleanse, Charge & Programme Your Kit

• Cleansing: Rinse water-safe stones (Amethyst, Blue Tiger Eye, Smoky Quartz, Yellow Jasper) under cool water and pat dry. Keep Black Tourmaline and Malachite completely dry; cleanse them using smoke (incense/sage), sound, or by resting them near a Selenite charging plate.
• Energising: Expose your crystals to sunlight (morning light is best) or moonlight for a few hours, or place them in the soil of a healthy plant for 24 hours.
