To cater for different Australian time zones, please note that

*during Daylight Savings Queensland residents will need to adjust times accordingly.

Refresher training  MUST take place every 2 years on all courses.

PREREQUISITES FOR REFRESHER TRAINING:

• You MUST have received previous Dangerous Goods Training within the previous 2 years
• You MUST have (and be able to supply a copy of) a current/valid previous training certificate
• If your previous training certificate has expired, it is mandatory that you attend INITIAL TRAINING instead
• You may attend a REFRESHER course up to 3 months prior to the expiration date (i.e. XXX trained on October 15th 2023- certificate expires on October 31 2025).  If XXX decided to train prior to the expiration date i.e. Aug 15th 2025, the new certificate would still be valid until October 31st 2027.
  

TRAINING INFORMATION: An email will be forwarded to you with separate links for each of the training days. Simply click on the appropriate link for each of the days of training and follow the instructions. A toll-free number will be supplied, but it is strongly advised that you use a headset and speakers for the training. A copy of the workbook will be made available for downloading and it is a requirement that you have a copy available when you join the training sessions. You may print the workbook as many times as you prefer. On completion of each session, we will be completing your workbook and your instructor will be displaying their workbook on screen showing the answers that you should have inserted. There will be time allowed for open discussion with your instructor regarding questions and answers and further clarification should you experience any difficulty in understanding any elements of the training that has been covered.

Remember, this training is LIVE, you may ask questions at any time during the training. On completion of each of the training days, please print a further copy of the workbook and attempt all questions again. Please try and relax, at times the training can feel very intense. However, we are confident that you will achieve your goal, and that is to be able to ship dangerous goods safely, correctly and confidently.

EXAM DAY: A copy of the exam will be made available for you to print out prior to the exam. You will be required to scan and email the completed and signed examination on the exam day or use the fillable PDF Exam with Submit Button.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR YOUR TRAINING: Students are required to supply their own copy of the IATA  Dangerous Goods Regulations. As from 1st January, 2026 the 67th Edition. For your convenience we have provided links to some of the sources for these on our Resources page. We provide student workbooks and worksheets, as well as exams and assessments. As this is LIVE ONLINE training, you will also require
