Directions for Use 

The lotion may be applied with a clean, dry finger as follows:

1. Wash hands and pump desired amount onto a clean, dry finger (two to four pumps). For those with skin sensitivities, start with one pump and build up to two or more over one to two weeks.
2. Insert your finger only one inch or less into the vaginal opening.
3. Gently apply to external vulvar tissues as needed. 
4. Wash hands after each application. Reapply daily or as often as needed.
