Chell-Oh! is a spirits brand collaboration forged between head chef Alex Prichard and drinks maestro Matty Opai, the darlings of Bondi Beach's famed Icebergs Dining Room & Bar. The experience of the kitchen meets the experience of the bar; a brilliant synergy resulting in outstanding, complex, delicious drinks.

Caffe is the coffee one. Not overtly sweet, but supremely balanced between spice, warmth, coffee flavours and booze richness. It's ideal for espresso martinis, of course, but a great sipper over the rocks too. Primo stuff.
