Flexco Anker® G Series™ Conveyor Belt Lacing is a type of belt lacing made from precision stamped 316L stainless steel. It is designed to provide a consistent 4mm pitch throughout the entire length of the lace. The lacing has a staggered leg geometry with four alternating point levels, which increases the strength and durability of the splice compared to continuous lacing.

How to Specify the Correct G Series™ Lacing:

1. Measure your Belt Thickness.
2. Measure the Diameter of the Smallest Pulley in your Drive with Belt Wrap more than 90°.
3. Choose the fastener size that is appropriate for your specifications in the selection chart provided.

Fastener Metal Selection: Stainless Steel - Type 316 Stainless Steel offers more resistance to abrasion, acids, chemicals, rusting, and magnetic attraction than galvanised steel.

Hinge Pin Selection: CSP Corrugated Stainless Steel - Suitable for all sizes of G Series belt lacing. Pins come with the box of fasteners for these products.
