Drink gin, save elephants? Luckily it's possible with one of the most unique sloe gins out there! Wild grown sloe berries (sloe berries are actually tiny plums) are macerated in the flagship Elephant Dry Gin for 4 months. Once the maceration is finished, the berries are then pressed to extract every bit of flavour. It is then bottled unfiltered, in an effort not to lose any flavour. On the nose, aromas of cooked sloe and red berry jam, leading into a rich mouthfeel with bittersweet notes of sloe berry jam, cloves, cardamom and black pepper (think of the most delicious Christmas pudding you've ever had). Perfect to serve a Sloe G+T with some muddled mint, ice and your favourite tonic or have on it's own as a sipper with a slice of orange zest.
