Background: SERPINB4 is also called squamous cell carcinoma antigen 2 (SCCA-2) or leupin. It directly inhibits human granzyme proteolytic activity and that overexpression of SERPINB4 in HeLa cells inhibits recombinant granzyme-induced as well as NK cell-mediated cell death.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: SERPINB4 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of SERPINB4 protein.
