This Umeshu produced by Yagi Sake Brewery is a combination of Umeshu and Whiskey effectively blending the best features of both. Expect a sweet/sour plum spectrum of flavours with the great depth and smoky notes of whiskey. There will always be those drinkers who lust after an intense experience and this Umeshu delivers on all fronts with a heightened ABV of 25%.

The Hanafuda playing card label on the Whiskey Umeshu label is presented on Japanese washi paper depicting a White or Silver Crane or Japanese ‘Tsuru’ with a background of Matsu or Japanese Pine and Sun. This label symbolises the month January and the very auspicious theme of longevity or long life.
