Description: 
Henkel AQUENCE KL 2100 (also known as National Wood-Lok 2001) is a formulated synthetic emulsion adhesive, which is suitable for wood-on-wood gluing for assembly work and carpentry. It is suitable for all types of wood and is particularly recommended for chair manufacture.

Wood-Lok 2001 is ideal for general assembly applications where high creep resistance and bond strength is required and is particularly recommended for manufacturing chairs. Wood-Lok 2001 has exceptional bond strength to many types of wood including hardwoods.

Application Guide:
Apply by brush, squeezy bottle, roller or mechanical glue spreaders.

Temperature of substrates, environment & adhesive: 15 - 20°C Moisture content in the wood: 8 - 12% 
Coat Weight: 120 - 180 gsm wet. 
Glue line pressure: 2 - 10 kg/cm2
Open Time: Up to 5 minutes.
Closed assembly time: Up to 10 minutes.
Press time at 20°C (dependent on coat weight & substrates): Minimum 20 minutes 
Clean up: With water whilst wet, MEK when dry.
