The scarab (a dung beetle!) was revered in ancient Egypt as representing the cycle of rebirth - a symbol of immortality, of transformation, and of resurrection. We love the aesthetic, but we also love the idea of this powerful motif reminding us that through change we continue on day after day.

Good vintage condition with reasonable wear; coiled wire shoulders have worn and broken, making them uneven from side to side, but are secure in place.
