Peter Pijau Skipper is an Aboriginal artist who was born in Japingka, Western Australia and was part of the Walmajarri/Juwaliny language group. Skipper’s work is intricate and striking, a vehicle for stories about his country and culture.

‘Kuluru’, a richly detailed screenprint, is a fine example of Skipper’s practice. He is represented across public collections including at the National Gallery of Victoria and the Art Gallery of Western Australia. For collectors of screenprints and Aboriginal art, ‘Kuluru’ is a compelling find.
