The Leuze PRK18B.T2/4P-M12 Photoelectric Sensor is a high-performance reflective sensor designed to reliably detect highly transparent materials such as bottles, films, and glass panes. Using a 620 nm red LED light source, it achieves a typical operating range of up to 4.8 meters, with guaranteed detection up to 4 meters.

Equipped with two PNP transistor outputs, the sensor supports both light and dark switching, offering flexibility for different detection logics. Its switching frequency of 1,500 Hz and response time of just 0.333 ms make it ideal for fast-moving industrial processes. A multiturn potentiometer enables fine adjustment for optimal sensitivity.

Built with a die-cast zinc metal housing and glass lens cover, the sensor ensures long-term durability in harsh environments. With IP67 and IP69K protection, it's resistant to dust, water, and high-pressure washdowns. The M12, 4-pin male connector provides secure and easy installation.

Operating in temperatures from -40°C to +60°C, this compact and rugged sensor is a dependable choice for transparent object detection in food, beverage, and packaging applications.
