FAQ:

1. Should it taken on an empty stomach?

The goal is to take it sublingually (under tongue) and wait for at least 1 minute until it dissolves as much as possible and then swallow. The part that did not get dissolved under the tongue which is where it will be absorbed directly into the blood stream will be taken by the stomach and end up being used by liver, which is great, since in this way you get the befits of allowing it to be used by the bloodstream and other organs,versus if just swallowed in a pill it will only be used up by liver. So with this being said, it is best that the stomach be free of food for best utilization. This however does not mean that taking it on a full stomach as you swallow the remaining of the sublingual use is not going to be beneficial, because it will, it is just more utilized on an empty stomach, which means at least 45 minutes before meals and at least 1.5 hours after meals.

2. Can this be taken while pregnant?

We can not make any recommendations as to what you should do, however we can answer what we would do if in that situation. We have team members that have utilized it while pregnant with great results, but again you need to make your own decision whether to use or not.

3. Can NAD+ be taken in drinks instead of sublingually?

It can be put into a drink, however in that case it will only reach the liver and not the other organs, as when taken sublingually. Taking it this way can be used as a special liver rejuvenation treatment.
