How to use
In Vitro:
LolCDE-IN-1 (compound 2) inhibits the function of the LolCDE complex, which is required for transport of lipoproteins to the outer membrane. LolCDE-IN-1 inhibits E. coli ATCC 25922 and E. coli ATCC 25922 ΔtolCwith MIC with 8 μg/ml and 0.125 μg/ml. LolCDE-IN-1 inhibits bacterial growth by targeting LolCDE to block lipoprotein transport to the outer membrane.
