Aesculap GH703D surgical blade with DCL (Diamond Like Carbon) coating, which effectively increases the performance and lifespan of the blade. The hard coating on the blade is made of chrome-plated carbon steel, which has a very low coefficient of sliding friction, resulting in slower wear of the blade. The GH703D blade cuts to a length of 0.1 mm and is compatible with Aesculap Favorita II (GT104) and Favorita CL (GT206) clippers. Advantages of the DLC coating: high wear protection and longer intervals between sharpening, reduced susceptibility to heating, higher corrosion resistance, better sliding during grooming, scratch resistance.
