This service is suitable for vehicles experiencing warning lights, drivability issues, performance concerns, or requiring fault investigation following a reported issue.

1-Hour Diagnostic Assessment

Ideal for initial fault finding and standard diagnostics.

Includes:

• Single system or symptom investigation

• Fault code identification and live data review

• Initial diagnostic conclusion

Best suited for warning lights, basic running issues, or first-stage investigation.

2-Hour Diagnostic Assessment

Recommended for more complex issues or ongoing faults.

Includes:

• Extended live data analysis

• Multi-system diagnostics

• Deeper investigation into engine performance, temperature, and fuelling data

• Further testing and validation where possible within time allowance

Best suited for intermittent faults, performance concerns, or when further investigation is required.

Diagnostic time covers investigation only. No repairs, part replacement, or strip-down work is included unless agreed separately. Findings are based on the vehicle condition at the time of inspection.
