The serial number (9 characters) is located in one of the following places and must be entered in the comments field when ordering:

• Interface: On the sticker on the back of the Jaltest Link V9.
• Settings menu: In the Jaltest software under the 'settings' menu and then 'device information'.
• Packaging box: On the original packaging of the hardware.
