The  double heart sea water nasal spray sensitive with panthenol  with its fine spray mist is a gentle help for nasal cavities, sinuses and the sensitive nasal mucosa, but also for the therapy-accompanying treatment of the upper respiratory tract - without getting used to it!
In addition, no preservatives, propellants or polyethylene glycol are used. 

The isotonic sea salt solution Doppelherz sea water nasal spray sensitive with panthenol has a gentle and gentle support:

• moistens the nasal mucosa in dry air and in heated and air-conditioned rooms.
• prevents the so-called "dry nose".

Isotonic sea salt solution plus panthenol

Panthenol, also known as dexpanthenol, is often used as an active ingredient in many wound and healing ointments.
Panthenol is a natural provitamin because it is the precursor of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid). In our body cells, panthenol is converted to vitamin B5 - the "skin vitamin". The moisturizing and caring properties of panthenol also support the sensitive nasal mucosa. 

In Doppelherz's nasal spray, the salt content of the seawater has been reduced (isotonicated). As a result, the physical properties of the seawater cold spray correspond to the salt content of our cells in the nasal mucosa - and drying out can be prevented.

With the medical device Doppelherz seawater nasal spray sensitive with panthenol there is no dependency or habituation effects  like synthetic nasal sprays, so it is suitable for long-term use. Also suitable for children and toddlers from 6 years.
