Sourced from the fertile volcanic soils of Kagoshima and the renowned terroir of Shizuoka, Kokoro ceremonial matcha is crafted from tea plants aged 10 to 40 years, grown from the Tsuyuhikari and Asanoka cultivars.
Kokoro matcha is ground with ceramic beads to achieve its characteristic fineness. It then reveals a green color of rare intensity and an elegant aromatic profile, without a hint of bitterness.

How to prepare your matcha:
- Scoop 1 teaspoon (or 2 matcha spoons) of matcha powder.
- Sift the matcha into your bowl.
- Pour 3.5 tbsp (approx. 1.7 fl oz) of water heated to 160°F (70°C), then whisk vigorously in a "W" motion until the texture is smooth and frothy.
- Optional: For a latte, add approx. 1/2 cup (3.5 fl oz) of milk.
