Sourced from the highland farms of Piura and Amazonas, Peru, our Peruvian Reserve brings together silky caramel notes, a citrus sparkle, and a smooth finish that’s as comforting as a morning walk with your favorite rescue. This single-origin roast is grown by the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino, a collective of small farmers dedicated to sustainable practices and exceptional quality.

Crafted from a vibrant mix of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties, these beans are grown at elevations of 1100–1700 meters, in clay-rich soils, and processed by traditional sun-drying after a full wash — preserving the bright character and depth of flavor in every pod.
