Application: Knead the icing on a clean dry surface until smooth and pliable. Lightly dust the surface with icing sugar and roll the icing to 2-4 mm thick. Lift with a rolling pin and drape over your prepared cake. Smooth down the sides with the palm of your hand and trim the excess icing.
Storage: Use products at room temperature. If there is any leftover, wrap tightly in cling film and place inside an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place.
