From the Winemaker:

Viña Las Perdices is located at the foot of the Andes Mountains, in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, at 1,030 m.a.s.l. Since the seventies our family fell in love with these lands and took as a challenge the cultivation and creation of high quality wines.

Tasting Notes:

Greenish yellow color, subtle citrus aromas with floral notes. Good attack in the mouth, balanced acidity and prolonged finish. Perfect option as an appetizer, ideal combination with seafood and fish-based first courses.

Winemaking Process:

Obtention of the juice by pneumatic pressing. Must cooled at 4 °C, decantation of lees, must transfer and subsequent addition of selected yeasts. Controlled alcoholic fermentation between 14-16 °C for 20 days.
