Grown in the cooler-climate Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley, this 2021 vintage from Black Stallion Estate Winery delivers classic Napa Cab boldness with a refined edge. Expect deep aromas of blackberry, brown sugar, and cedar, leading into a palate of rich dark fruit — think blackberry jam and cassis — balanced by a backbone of powerful yet elegant tannins. The oak-aging brings subtle notes of cedar, leather and spice that round out a long, structured finish, making this Cabernet ripe enough to enjoy now but sturdy enough to cellar for a few years.  Staff pick too!!!
