A minimalist hand grinder with a polished finish

Humbly made in Tsubame Sanjo. It's a tool that makes the coffee preparation a more manual experience. With this grinder you will enjoy every sip of your coffee.

In case you are outdoors, it's an excellent tool. Grind fine or coarse, and enjoy. Mostly recommended for pour over styles and dry aromatics like black pepper.

Pre-ground coffee loses a lot of aroma and flavour. A lot of effort goes into preserving that, but it can't be compared to freshly ground beans.
