This set of 4 vintage Orchids of Hawaii coconut mugs, made in Japan in the 1960s, is a unique find for collectors. Unlike the R-13A model, these mugs feature a more striated texture, without the small punctate spots, and lack the catalogue number stamp on the bottom. Instead, the base simply reads "Orchids of Hawaii, Japan." The glaze is thicker in places and has a distinctive greenish-brown hue compared to the R-13A. These mugs are in good vintage condition with some wear consistent with age. Each mug measures approximately 4" H x 3.5" in diameter, making them a perfect addition to any tiki or vintage collection.
