Grape Varieties: 100% Baga

Tasting Note: Shows a deep and brilliant cherry color with a very present viscosity. Elegant and distinctive nose with a typical touch of strawberry and plum, often with nuances of licorice, slightly spicy (black pepper, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, ...). On the palate, fruity with a beautiful structure and an almost velvety texture with a very fresh and inviting aftertaste.

Gastronomy: A real pleasure for the public, this wine combines perfectly with a good charcuterie platter, a good crunchy vegetable salad, grilled fish, grilled white meats and poultry and dry cheeses (Queijo São Jorge, Edam, Mimolette). Serve at 14 - 16 ° and preferably decanted before serving. The berry as a tannin grape tends to be slightly reducing when it is not aged in oak.

Vinification: Harvest and selection of manual bunches in the vineyard. The vineyards are completely controlled by us. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in vats with very little extraction and long maceration in the films.
