USAGE

Apply oval-shaped tip at varying angles for precise definition and dense volume.

• For a more natural brow, choose a shade lighter than your brows. For a bolder look, match your brow hair.
• Outline brows to desired shape then fill in with short feathery strokes and blend with spoolie.
