Useful Tip: Use a piece of A4 paper to represent the internal footprint size of the box to test your products. It isn’t an exact science, but works well for fixed-size items such as glass bottles

Material Specifications for Natural Linen Gift Boxes:

We use AAA grade greyboard for the box core with luxury quality covering paper with a linen exterior.

• 1400g recycled greyboard (approx. 3mm thickness)
• Covered fully outside with natural linen.
• Inside lined with complementary ivory matt kraft paper.
• Full depth front flap with secure locking tab.
• No magnets.
• Double folding inner flaps front and back to keep the box assembled. 
• Box can be unassembled again.
• No ribbon.
• Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 5mm tolerance.
• Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to allow for size tolerance and ideally ensure you are in receipt of the bulk.

Can I Order 10 samples if I want Less Than a Pack Quantity?

Yes. Individual sample boxes can be ordered even if the normal pack size is larger. However, individual samples include the delivery costs, so buying large quantities of samples is often more expensive than purchasing a bulk pack.

Are Linen Gift Boxes Made From Fabric?

Linen gift boxes use real linen fabric bonded to a paper backing. The fabric surface creates the distinctive linen texture while the paper backing allows it to be applied as a durable gift box covering.

Can I Add Multi-Colour Branding to Gift Boxes?

Yes. Multiple branding colours can be achieved using screen printing, digital printing or foil stamping. However, linen-covered gift boxes typically support foil branding in one colour only.
