To my eye just a wonderful naive drawing by an unknown 12 year old in 1911--great and interesting face, great hat, charming details. The drawing was done on a writing paper(almost like a tracing paper) that appears to be watermarked and was mounted to light weight board threaded with a red ribbon at top, which suggests it was once part of a ribbon bound group of them.

As mounted: 12 1/4" x 8". Drawing itself: 10 1/2" x 8 1/16". Card shows a fold to upper left corner. Drawing itself in good condition with a bit of rippling at lower left and small fold to bottom right corner.
