Tasting Notes: This is a blend of 52.8% Viognier, 19.3% Marsanne, 16.8% Roussanne and 11.1% Clairette. Brilliant d-straw with green hues. A lifted perfume of citrus, fresh peach and apricot mingle with lightly honeyed and creamy notes. Citrus and peach come together nicely for this medium-bodied food-friendly wine with hints of oyster shell minerality, zest and a little spice flowing through the finish.

Serving Temperature: 10–12°C.

Decanting: Not required, but… A brief 10–15 minute aeration in the glass can help the Viognier aromatics lift.

Cellaring Potential: Drink now to 3–5 years.

Food Pairing: Sashimi, smoked salmon and Caesar salad.
