The BONOMI EXM8E68F000 WITH SERIES 68F000 2-WAY CARBON STEEL ANSI CLASS 150 FIRE SAFE DESIGN FLANGED SPLIT BODY BALL VALVE AND VALBIA CSA APPROVED EXPLOSION PROOF ELECTRIC ACTUATOR is a unique assembly that combines a 2-way, ANSI 150 Carbon Steel API 608 Split-Body Style Flanged Ball Valve with an Explosion Proof Electric Actuator. It is suitable for a variety of applications, including vacuum, water, gas, and oil.

The valve features a Carbon Steel ANSI 150 Split Body Flanged API 608 Ball Valve with a full port, sizes 1/2” to 6”, a temperature range of -4°F to 366°F, a blow out proof stem, a locking handle, a fire safe design, R.T.F.E. seats, packing and thrust washer, an antistatic device, and API 608, ASME B16.34, ASME B16.10, ASME 16.5, and ASME B1.1 design.

The actuator is NEMA 4x, 7, 8 & 9 (CSA Approved) with an enclosure that conforms to IP68 with explosion-protected performance and 1/2” FNPT conduit connection. It has a temperature range of 22°F to 158°F, a clutch-less manual override, a thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heater for working conditions, a self-locking gear system, and is available in both ON/OFF (00*) or 4~20 mA MODULATING (02*). It also features a 30% Duty Cycle (ON/OFF) and 75% Duty Cycle (MODULATING), ISO 5211 Mounting Bolt Pattern and DIN 3337 Double Square Drive, ± 5° Mechanical stop on 0° and 90°, a continuous mechanical position indicator, built-in thermal overload protection to prevent motor burnout, and 2 auxiliary SPDT switches.
