About the essential oils used in IMMUNITY BLEND

Bay Laurel/Leaf - used for those suffering from coughs, colds, flu, and bronchitis.
Frankincense - grounding oil used for stress, bronchitis, and extreme coughing.
Myrrh - grounding oil, helps to mellow out the emotions; for bronchitis and ringworm.
Ravintsara - helping to focus in the midst of stressful situations and for helping to calm the nerves; for viral and respiratory issues, supports the immune system.
Thyme Thujanol - helps ward off bacteria and viruses; thujanol is a more potent anti-bacterial/anti-viral chemotype; for sore throats/laryngitis, also used for lice & scabies.
Copaiba - calming, balancing, and grounding; powerful anti-inflammatory with anti-bacterial and antimicrobial properties; used for bronchitis, coughs & colds.
Eucalyptus - a general simulant and tonic. Helps with mental exhaustion. For fever, influenza, colds, rhinitis, sinusitis, bronchitis, and respiratory tract infections.

RECCOMENDED USE: FOR EXTERNAL USE
Preferred Method "Self Selection" Put a few drops onto a cotton ball or small fabric/wool dog toy or simply open the bottle and offer for your dog to take a whiff (without touching their nose to the oil). Place the scented object/cotton ball on the floor where your dog has easy access. Next, allow your dog to "self select" by choosing the frequency of dosing or choosing to avoid. If your dog avoids the EO blend, do not force them to take it or rub it on them. If they are highly attracted to it, you can allow for them to "dose" themselves by smelling, licking or rubbing on the object as often as they wish. You may then also proceed to use the below method if your dog is a willing participant and comes towards you for additional doses/interaction with the EO blend.

Massage Method

• Simply use “a few drops” in the palm of your hands. Use your intuition if you feel comfortable doing so to determine the amount that your dog needs during any given session and adjust accordingly based on their response.
• Most dogs will give you a clear indication that they are in need of or receptive to the aid of diluted blends of essential oils by licking your hands, inhaling deeply or sniffing the oil with intention or intensity; they may lean-in or move into you as you pet them, or just become very peaceful and relaxed while receiving of the oils.
• For tiny sized, frail or highly sensitive dogs – just start with a single drop to see how they respond before going up by 1 drop at a time.
• For most dogs, 5-8 drops is a good amount per session.
• Dogs over 75-lbs may require up to 10-12 drops per session.
• We do not recommend exceeding the dose by more than 20-drops per session for any dog.

Place the recommended number of drops on the palm of your hand. To evenly distribute, gently rub hands together. Then pet your dog's chest or front legs with scented hands. Re-apply as needed, but no more than 4 times/day. Can be combined with body work treatments including acupressure, T-Touch or gentle massage.
