L-proline  is one of twenty-two amino acids used in living organisms as a component of proteins. It belongs to the group of endogenous amino acids, which means that it does not have to be supplied from food because it is produced by our body from glutamic acid.

However, in special cases, e.g. disease, rapid growth or a diet low in protein, its synthesis may be insufficient. In food, it is found in products rich in protein, such as milk and milk products, eggs, meat and legumes.

Ingredients:  L-proline, capsule shell: gelatin, binding agent: fatty acids, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use:  One capsule a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.

Store at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women
