Garlic has a strong characteristic odor and an extremely pungent taste. These garlic granules are what is traditionally marketed in most supermarkets as “garlic powder.”

Use to flavor chicken pot pie, all Italian and Mexican specialties, Spanish rice, macaroni and cheese, salami, Polish and Italian sausages, barbecue steak, ketchup sauces, salad dressings, cocktail dips, snack foods, bread, bean soup, pot roast and stews. Use as a garnish on salad dressings, Italian bread, and pickled vegetables.
