Ingredients:  Chemical form of magnesium: magnesium bisglycinate; acidity regulator: citric acid.

No allergens or ingredients were used in the production process: yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and tree nuts. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens.

How to use:  Mix 1 flat teaspoon of powder (approx. 2 grams) in at least 180 ml of juice or water. Consume 1-2 times a day with a meal.  This product must be diluted in liquid before consumption.
