Optimize your back-of-house operations with this Hoshizaki SR72A-30MD4 72" 1 door, 4 drawer mega top stainless steel refrigerated sandwich prep table. Whether you need to streamline service in a cafeteria, sub shop, or independent restaurant, this unit is made to facilitate the sandwich prep process. Its mega top holds up to (30) 1/6 size food pans, 4" deep, and it comes with a full set of clear plastic pans to get you started. The pan rail can also accept 6" deep pans (sold separately).

The mega top refrigerated pan rail is great for holding common sandwich or salad toppings, from hard boiled eggs and cheese to green pepper and ham. It has a removable stainless steel guard that simplifies the cleanup process at the end of a shift. Plus, a lift-up lid encloses the top to maintain proper, food safe temperatures and prevent contamination. A full-length, 10" deep, 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides a convenient place for slicing ingredients and assembling orders.

Beneath the worktop is additional storage space with one door section with a self-closing, stay open door and four heavy-duty drawers. The drawers have 16 gauge stainless steel slides and frames with acetal rollers. The top drawers can hold up to (1) 1/2 size, (1) 1/3 size, (1) 1/4 size, and (1) 1/6 size pan each. The bottom drawers can hold up to (1) 1/2 size and (1) 1/3 size pan each. Plus, the door section comes with an adjustable shelf to help you stay organized. Because it's refrigerated, the cabinet is great for storing back-up ingredients like extra deli meat and cheese, as well as less commonly used toppings and sauces. Plus, the magnetic gasket design helps make cleaning easier.
