This stone is such a trip. It's called Opalized wood - is a type of petrified wood that is composed of opal. As the silica-rich water infiltrates the wood's cellular structure, it gradually replaces the original organic material, atom by atom, with silica. This happens slowly over millions of years!! 

This necklace was entirely handmade, featuring this gorgeous teardrop shaped stone and a tiny Verde Valey in top of it. I added all these accent silver balls and it really gives me angel vibes. Doesn't it? 

Chain is 18” long and is adjustable (use any link to hook the clasp). Pendant is 2" long.
