INGREDIENTS : Boswellia serrata extract, brown rice flour, capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

HOW TO USE:  One capsule 1-2 times a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
