Features
The positioner frame is welded from steel and steel plates. Its design structure is reasonable, with good bending resistance and anti-twisting ability, and is an important load-bearing component of the positioner.
The slewing mechanism is mainly composed of a slewing table, a slewing bearing, a transmission mechanism, etc.
The table top is a circular structure with evenly spaced annular positioning lines and radial T-slots, which is convenient for workpiece centering and can be easily installed with various positioning and clamping tools.
The workbench is fixed on a large slewing bearing to ensure smooth rotation under rated load.
The slewing bearing adopts a “single-row ball slewing bearing” with a high-precision external gear slewing disc, which can simultaneously withstand axial force, radial force and overturning moment, and has the characteristics of large load-bearing capacity and high rotation accuracy. It has a reasonable structure, good rigidity, light weight, and long service life.
The slewing bearing is fully sealed, grease is not easy to leak, and external dust cannot enter the slewing bearing to damage the slewing bearing, which can meet the use of a relatively harsh welding environment.
The driving principle of the worktable rotation: motor-worm gear reducer-pinion-slewing bearing-worktable rotation. When the workpiece is under-rated load, it can ensure that the worktable can stop at any position during the rotation process. The drive motor adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation, and the wide speed regulation range can meet the welding requirements of the workpiece.
The flipping of the worktable is driven by an AC motor, and the gear at the output end of the worm gear reducer is meshed with the semicircular gear disc to drive the flipping of the flipping mechanism. The braking of the worktable during the flipping process is guaranteed by the self-locking performance of the worm gear reducer itself to ensure that the flipping mechanism stops accurately.
A conductive device is installed under the worktable to form a good welding ground wire conductive circuit to avoid over-electricity of the slewing bearing and affect its service life.
A flip angle pointer is provided on the rotary shaft to facilitate personnel in adjusting the flip angle of the worktable.
The positioner has a reserved linkage interface that can be linked with the operator and the welding machine to form a welding center.
