How to Use

Cold Therapy: Freeze the pad for at least four hours. Place the frozen pad into a disposable sleeve and apply it to the affected area for 20 minutes. Allow at least one hour between uses, or follow the guidance of your healthcare professional.

Warm Therapy: Lay the pad flat in the microwave and heat according to your microwave’s wattage: 16 seconds at 1250 W, 19 seconds at 1000 W, or 25 seconds at 700 W. Gently massage the pad to evenly distribute the heat as indicated by the color-changing pearls, adding 5-second increments if additional warmth is needed. Place the warm pad into a disposable sleeve and apply for 20 minutes, again allowing at least one hour between uses or as advised by your healthcare professional.

Cleaning: After each use, wash the gel pad with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to air-dry completely before the next use. Disposable sleeves are intended for one-time use only.
