Feelings really matter – they are essential for our survival and our sense of self; they tell us the kind of people we are, and they motivate us to take action.

A critical part of a child’s development is raising awareness of feelings and allowing them to explore, understand and communicate their emotions.

All Emotion Stations have a large integral mirror to reflect expressions and a chalkboard insert that can be used by practitioners and children, to support and extend learning. Each station features baskets and shelving to allow children to self-serve, and resources can be efficiently stored when not in use.

The Double-sided Mobile Emotion station comes with a full-length mirror and chalkboard, which includes additional hands-on resources to encourage children to recognise and express the impact emotions have on their whole body from their head to their toes.
