Inspired by the Greek myth of Aphrodite, the goddess of love, and Psyche, the goddess of the soul, this design draws upon the symbolic essence of their story. Psyche, often represented by a butterfly, embodies the soul’s transformation and eternal love, while the pearl alludes to Aphrodite’s divine beauty, born from the sea.

The designer gives form to the symbiosis between butterfly and pearl: the butterfly rests upon the pearl, just as Psyche leans on the power of love. The pearl becomes the vessel of the butterfly’s metamorphosis and rebirth, endowing the necklace with a philosophical vision of “the fusion of life.”
