It is equipped with the EB-0107-C35 Angled Spray Valve, providing a high-impact 0.65 GPM stream that balances aggressive rinsing with extreme water conservation.

Technician’s Note: The Big-Flo series uses larger internal waterways to maximize volume—standard 1/2" pre-rinse units cannot match its performance for filling kettles. During installation, anchor the wall bracket securely to handle the torque of the 68" hose. The angled spray valve improves ergonomics for dishroom staff by reducing wrist strain during heavy shifts.
