Hakutsuru Sayuri Nigori is a sweet, full bodied, coarse filtered sake. Using only selected rice and rice koji, "SAYURI" is brewed up carefully with the natural spring water from Mount Rokko. It has a refreshing aroma, natural sweetness and smooth aftertaste.
