Based on farmer feedback, we've created this new lower priced version of PlanterPerfect, called PlanterPerfect2 that retains the core features of the original tool.  

PlanterPerfect2 is a multifaceted tool that enables accurate measurements of wear on seed opener disks with the industry standard 3-5/8" (3.625") bearing hubs, with unparalleled ease, eliminating the cumbersome requirement of gauge wheel removal to measure disk diameter.  Designed for Deere, Kinze, and optionally, Case-IH planters, its intuitive, high-visibility gauge provides clear readings at 100%, 75%, 50%, and 0% remaining opener disk life.

An additional feature is the built-in seed tube guard wear gauge with 50% and 0% life remaining for Deere and Kinze planters. One can also easily measure the pinch point of opening disks with the 1.50, 1.75 and 2.00" stepped gauge built into the end of PlanterPerfect2. 

Have a Case-IH planter?  The "Deere Kinze Case-IH" version adds the V-gauge to measure 100%, 75%, 50%, and 0% remaining firming-point life for Case-IH 400-1200 planters.  The 1/8" (0.125") thick PlanterPerfect2 can also be used to precisely measure the gap between opening and trailing disks.
