Key Features:
The EVO MFG Front Double Throwdown produces the most wheel travel achievable out of the JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator coilover and bypass’s coming in at 13.5” of wheel travel from full droop to full tuck. At the same time, also maintaining a low center of gravity with an adjustable lift height of 3-5 inches without replacing any components. Class leading wheel travel isn’t the only thing EVO MFG has engineered into this system to make it the best system on the market. High quality, correct geometry, custom coilovers, bypass shocks and all necessary hardware and bracketry for an all-inclusive “one and done” package make this the most well rounded high-performance suspension package on the market.

Design / Performance:
All bracketry precision laser cut from 3/16” steel and CNC press brake formed for optimum precision and installer fitment.

The proprietary shock package built by King Shock Technologies are specifically tailored, tuned and tested for the Jeep Gladiator, giving the vehicle a sports car feel on the road, making this suspension kit compatible for a daily driver and weekend wheeler. Once taken offroad, the EVO MFG Front Double Throwdown Suspension provides an unrivaled ability to wheel at low speeds while crawling to high speed desert trails keeping the controlled and performance-oriented ride EVO MFG is known for.

EVO MFG Double Throwdown kits lift height is adjustable, roughly 3-5"s (Gas Engine)

Heavier Springs (sold separately) maybe required to achieve your desired lift height.

Final Thoughts:
The incorporation of vented backing plates allow for better airflow and (along with the aluminum backing plate) can be painted to create a custom look, adding to the already clean fit and finish of the EVO MFG Front Double Throwdown.

The engineers at EVO MFG made sure to create something that could be assembled and built by someone with knowledge of standard tools, welding and their uses, making it possible to complete at home during the weekend.

Coilovers are the prime shock/spring setup when looking for on and offroad performance, EVO MFG’s Front Double Throwdown takes it a step further by adding bypass shocks for the ultimate ability to tune the ride to any specific need. EVO MFG doesn’t stop there, the seamless addition of AirBump bumpstops control harsh bottoming when putting the Jeep’s to use on the trail.

The race proven performance suspension system includes, Front Double Throwdown specific versions of brake lines, bumpstops, trackbar bracket and all required hardware along with the addition of custom shock brackets.
