To each side of the center stone is a smaller Old Cut diamond of approximately J-K color and VS-SI clarity and six tiny rose cut diamonds, all totaling approximately 0.12 carats. The diamonds are set in a beautiful 18k gold ornate scroll-motif setting. The ring is currently size 7 and can be resized!
