From the comfort of your own home, experience the revolutionary byACRE Ultralight rollator in stunning 3D, allowing you to explore every angle by simply dragging your mouse, or swiping on your mobile or iPad. This should help you understand what sizing is right for you.
The byACRE Carbon Ultralight rollator is genuinely an ultra-light walker - in fact, it's one of the lightest rollator walkers available at a mere 4.8kg (10.6 lbs). The sleek frame is made from carbon fibre which is the same material as the body of a Formula 1 car.
A rollator's weight impacts not only the person using the Ultralight, but also the spouse or carer who has to lift the rollator and help transport it - giving them a new lease of life too.
The Ultralight combines superb quality with a modern design and dynamic shape. The shape of the rollator is inspired by both race car and bike designs, which symbolise an active lifestyle. In 2019, the Ultralight won the prestigeous Red Dot design award.
The Ultralight is extremely easy to fold. It's possible to fold it using just one hand by pulling up from the middle of the built-in seat. It collapses into a compact and manageable shape, making it effortless to transport in the car, plane, bus or train – enabling you to explore the world around you.
byACRE is an innovative Danish company with a mission to revolutionise mobility aids. Their aim is to help maintain a good activity level; with the Ultralight, yet retain functionality and style at the same time.

Although light in weight, the Ultralight is sturdy and stable. Our customers tell us that it's not too light, and they feel safe and secure when using it. On numerous occasions, it has been described as the "Ferrari of Rollators". The Ultralight is a great conversation starter; our customers are regularly stopped in the street with a flurry of questions regarding the design and features.
Our customers love these life-changing rollators. This is supported by over 600 genuine and honest 5-star reviews from Assist Mobility customers.
Thoughtfully designed ergonomic handles support you to ensure correct upright posture. The folding seat is positioned forward in the frame, this allows you to stand inside the frame, getting you in an upright and comfortable position.
The rollator has a reassuring braking system; by pressing the brake handles downward, the brakes will be set in a locked position without needing to hold them, this is ideal for keeping safe when seated. They can also be pulled manually at varying pressure, much like a bike brake, to help you slow down when walking with the Ultralight.
The handles offer the perfect spot to rest your arms on when you are sat in the built-in seat.
The brake cables are uniquely and painstakingly designed to route through the frame in order to give a sleek, untarnished appearance to the Ultralight.
This also minimises the chance of the cables getting caught when placing your rollator in the car or taking it for walks, reducing the possibility of pricey repairs.
The rollator comes with a built-in seat. It is constructed from hard-wearing fabric and is super comfortable, similar to a director's chair. It has a cutout for your hand, which is used to pull the seat upwards to fold the rollator when you want to transport it.

The 8-inch polyurethane wheels offer excellent shock absorption and cushioning, which makes the rollator more comfortable to use by reducing vibrations when going over uneven surfaces or small obstacles. This is particularly important for users who may have joint sensitivity or pain.
The wheels are puncture-proof and don't need to be filled with air, so you don't need to worry about keeping them inflated.

At no extra cost, the Ultralight comes complete with a handy small organiser bag which attaches to the underside of the rollator. The versatile organiser is purpose-made to hold your personal belongings, such as keys, phone, wallet, sanitiser etc. With the attachable shoulder strap, the organiser can be carried over your shoulder like a small purse or bag, when not being used on the rollator. The bag does not have to be removed when closing the rollator. As with everything about the Ultralight, it is made to perfection and is well thought-out with the user's best interests in mind.
It also comes with two travel locks to keep the rollator folded when in the closed position, being stored or transported.

The acre rollator walkers are available in three seat widths:

If you need more in-depth sizing, we have a comprehensive guide for the Ultralight.
Enter the user's measurements into the simple tool below that will provide a recommendation on which width Ultralight would be suitable. We also advise substantiating the result by measuring a seat and testing for size.
We recommend a Compact Track based on a user that is 5'2" tall and their hips are 39.3" (100cm) or less in circumference.
For context, over the last 90 days, 56% of our UK customers purchased a wide track, 30% a regular track, and 14% compact. We want you to be happy with your Ultralight the first time you get it, so when in between sizes, opt for the wider option as you won't visually notice the difference, but you'll have more space when seated, which will be useful in winter when you have a thicker coat on.
We have two useful tools available to give you a helping hand in getting the correct size:
Virtual Showroom - You can enter your dimensions to experience the rollator in stunning 3D with your proportions. This will allow you to explore every angle and help you understand what size is right for you.
Size Estimator Tool - This is a simple tool for you to enter your dimensions and we will provide you a suitable size based on the manufacturer's recommendation..
The height of the handles should match the height of your wrists when standing comfortably.

The seat height is fixed, but it differs between the Compact and the Regular / Wide sizes. To test which seat height is best, try sitting on a chair which is of a similar height.
The most important part of a rollator seat is how easy it is to get in and out of, so try sitting to see if you will be comfortable getting in and out of it frequently.

When manoeuvring in and out of the rollator seat, it is preferable that your hip width is less than the width between the handles on the rollator. You can still use your rollator even if it’s a bit too narrow around the handles, but you may need to do a ‘salsa’ to get into the seat.
You should also consider whether you will be wearing thick coats (especially in the winter) or other items around your waist, as you may then need the extra space.
